I knew nothing about real estate. But after spending time with we arranged to meet and discuss the possibilities. He spent a great deal of time educating me in the basics until I felt comfortable that I could really do this. Not only did Michael find me a much nicer place than what I was renting, but he researched and found a government assistance program that paid for most of my down payment with a great kicker…I didn’t have to pay it back. In addition, Michael was able to show me how to keep most of the money I had allocated for closing costs in my pocket. What a life changer. I now have several hundred thousand in equity and can rent my place out for a positive cash flow in a heartbeat. I am thinking about buying another property and keeping this one as a money-making bank for my retirement. I will be forever grateful to Michael and his team for their knowledge, experience, and dedication. You changed my life in a big way. Thanks
