We made a phone call to our new friend and asked for his opinion and advice. He did not try to undermine the agent we were working with but encouraged us to change our approach. After several discussions about the current market conditions and what strategies to use I followed his advice on our next offer and got it accepted. Michael received no compensation whatsoever. He did not try to take me from the agent I was currently working with, nor did he try to belittle her skills as an agent. His primary interest was in helping us get the home we wanted even though it did not benefit him in any way. We were touched by his benevolence and professionalism and will be forever grateful in giving us the right advice at the right time. We love our home here in America and realize we would not be enjoying it now with our children if it weren’t for his concern for us and his devotion to his profession.
