We all get curve balls in life, and the loss of my beautiful wife left me alone in a large home. Their system established complete control of the selling process in a way I have never seen before. It created competition for my home that yielded the highest possible price while at the same time eliminating buyer pressures, expiration dates, negotiations, and other buyer hassles. They had my home sold in 30 days (as guaranteed) above asking price and closed without the usual buyer contingencies and attempts to renegotiate. It was seamless. They did it all. What more could you possibly expect or ask for. I have never heard of a real estate company doing what they did. LIFESTYLES performed above and beyond what the job required. I will be forever grateful. They are a credit to their profession.
