Another issue was the need for a new roof on the house. Through Michael’s contacts, I was able to get a new roof for half the normal price, saving over 7K, so that my wife and I could feel good on giving her daughter and granddaughter a solid home with no foreseeable maintenance problems. Then Michael consulted with all the involved parties to understand what each was willing to do or not do, the associated risks and liabilities, as well as addressing any other concerns. He then took on the task of structuring the transaction so that everybody’s interest was protected. Michael also saved us thousands of dollars in legal fees by having his friends at the Escrow company draft the necessary notes and agreements for a few hundred dollars, far less than the thousands of dollars an attorney would charge. After all was said and done, the transaction went through just as it was intended, a testimony to Michael’s vast experience as a broker and investor. Everyone was elated and we owe it all to Michael.
