He negotiated $30K on savings from the original listed price, and if that wasn’t enough, got us thousands of dollars (including pool tables and accessories) in furniture as part of the deal at no additional cost….in other words… FREE. Michael planned the timing on both escrows perfectly so that we could move directly from place to the other. And on top of that, we were able to transfer our VA loan eligibility to our new home enabling us to move in with no money down. It doesn’t get any better than that.
